Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
On 5 September 2014, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WD GROUP LIMITED be liquidated and that Barry White and Tamina Cunningham-Adams, of Auckland, be appointed liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 5 September 2014 at 2.00pm.
The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 24 October 2014.
