Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Sharlene Maree Bryant and Libby Ellen O'Sullivan were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies
by special resolutions of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the date and times below:

SPECIALIZED WATERPROOFING TAURANGA LIMITED (in liquidation) at 3.00pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 13 October 2014 as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
