Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Hamish John Pryde and Brent Thomas Dickins, of CS Insolvency, a division of Coombe Smith (PN) Limited, Chartered Accountants, were appointed liquidators of the above-named companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(a), on
4 September 2014 at 8.45am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 8 October 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
