Notice to Creditors to Claim
John Howard Ross Fisk, of Wellington, and Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of INFRACON LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 August 2014 at 10.05am.
We fix Friday 26 September 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
