Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of HAIR & BEAUTY OF ROYAL OAK LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholder on 22 August 2014 at 10.44am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 26 September 2014 as the last day on or before which the creditors of HAIR & BEAUTY OF ROYAL OAK LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
