Jeremy Morley and John Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of ABBEY SERVICES (KILLED BY TAX MALADMINISTRATION) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Nelson, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 August 2014 at 10.09am.
We fix Friday 26 September 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
