Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that, by way of resolutions of the shareholders of the above-named companies in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, Douglas Kim Fisher, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of the companies on 25 August 2014 at 10.00am.
The liquidator fixes Friday 19 September 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
