Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that MATSON'S BREWERY NZ LIMITED
(in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 August 2014 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 21 August 2014 at 10.21am.
