Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 26 August 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that JMH HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Anne Lynette Marett, chartered accountant of Ashburton, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 26 August 2014 at 9.00am.
