Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of CBC MANAGEMENT SERVICES LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 August 2014 at 11.07am.
We fix 22 September 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
