Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that on 19 August 2014 at 6.00pm,
it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ULTRA SERVE LIMITED be liquidated and that Keith Mawdsley, chartered accountant, and Kevyn Botes, chartered secretary, both of I-Business Recovery Limited, be appointed liquidators for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 19 September 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the
above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
