Jeremy Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of BELMONT REHABILITATION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 August 2014 at 11.36am.
We fix Friday 26 September 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
