Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that NTPHU LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at New Plymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 August 2014 to be put into liquidation.
Robert Bruce Walker and John Marshall Scutter were appointed joint liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 19 August 2014 at 10.11am.
The liquidators hereby fix 30 October 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to their distribution.
