On 15 August 2014, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that OXFORD PROPERTY HOLDINGS (NO 3) LIMITED be liquidated and that Robin Albert Gardenbroek, accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on 15 August 2014 at 10.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
The liquidator hereby fixes 5 September 2014 (being a day not less than 10 working days from the date of this notice) as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
