Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of 623 IN THE CITY LIMITED (in liquidation), in the place of Paul Vlasic and Derek Ah Sam, on 12 August 2014 at 10.15am, by a creditors' resolution under section 243(6) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act").
The liquidation commenced on 9 July 2014, by resolution of shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.
We fix 22 September 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
