On 11 August 2014 at 9.00am, the shareholders of TWO TALL POPPIES CAFE LIMITED and TWO TALL POPPY HOLDINGS LIMITED passed special resolutions putting both companies into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the companies.
Creditors should file claims by 16 September 2014 for the above-named companies.
