Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 13 August 2014 at 10.54am, by way of an order of the High Court at Auckland, Christopher Robert Ross Horton was appointed liquidator of the above-named company.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 15 October 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
