Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of
LFC FLOATING FLOOR SPECIALISTS(AUCKLAND) LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 13 August 2014 at 10.21am.
We fix 22 September 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
