Notice is hereby given that Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed sole liquidator of 123KIWI.COM LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 August 2014 at 11.07am.
I fix 12 September 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
