We, Shaun Neil Adams and Sarah Maria Judkins, insolvency practitioners of KPMG, 18 Viaduct Harbour Avenue, Auckland, were appointed joint liquidators of
the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders on 6 August 2014 at 11.00am, the date and time the liquidation commenced.
The directors have certified that the above-named company is solvent and that all creditors will be paid in full.
