Notice is hereby given that Digby John Noyce, chartered accountant of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of TONIC CREATIVE COMMUNICATIONS LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on 8 August 2014 at 10.58am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 11 September 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
