Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of LAWSON & NELSON LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 5 August 2014 at 10.50am.
We fix 9 September 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
