Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, and Colin Thomas McCloy, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WHANGAREI CITY YOUTH CENTRE INCORPORATED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 August 2014 at 10.36am.
We fix 8 September 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
