Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of STEAM SOLUTIONS LIMITED by way of special resolution of
the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 August 2014 at 4.25pm.
We fix 29 August 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
