Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
David Vance, chartered accountant, and Colin Owens, insolvency specialist, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the company by a resolution passed by the shareholders on the date and time below:
29 July 2014
MASAI RESOURCES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 5.00pm.
By resolution dated 17th day of July 2014, it was resolved that immediately on appointment of liquidators the company would satisfy the solvency test.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 2 September 2014 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
