Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
ANTIQUUS AURUM HOLDINGS LIMITED and ANTIQUUS AURUM EXCHANGE LIMITED (both in liquidation) were placed into liquidation by special resolutions of the shareholders on 25 July 2014 at 11.29am and ANTIQUUS AURUM LIMITED (in liquidation) was placed into liquidation on 25 July 2014 at 11.30am.
Gareth Russel Hoole and Wade Steven Glass, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators
of the companies, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 25 August 2014 as the day on or before which creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Public notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 243(3) of the Act, that a meeting of the creditors of the companies will be held on 8 August 2014 at 9.30am at Level 4, Bupa House, 5-7 Kingdon Street, Newmarket, Auckland.
