Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TAWHITINUI RANGATAHI TRUST (in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 July 2014 at 3.30pm.
We fix 29 August 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the entity are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
