Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GINGER MEGG'S HAIR DESIGNERS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 24 July 2014 at 10.17am.
We fix 29 August 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
