Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
We, Hayden Dashwood Trotter and Joseph Craig McNeill, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of OPIC LIMITED and PINES 94 LIMITED by special resolutions of the shareholders on
17 July 2014 at 10.00am, the date that the liquidations commenced.
