Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, on 14 July 2014 at 8.00am, appointed Lynda Smart and Derek Ah Sam, both chartered accountants of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
We fix 22 August 2014 as the date on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
