Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis, of Christchurch, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of A & B PAINTING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 10 July 2014 at 10.10am.
We fix 14 August 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
