David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SHANIKA
& SHAUMIK HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Rotorua, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of
the Companies Act 1993, on 7 July 2014 at 11.13am.
We fix 11 August 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
