Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
("the Act")
On 4 July 2014 at 11.31am, special resolutions, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, were passed stating that
the companies be liquidated and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer
and Lloyd James Hayward, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 8 August 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
Notice of Meetings of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243 of the Companies Act 1993,
meetings of the creditors of the above-named companies will be held at the Tea House, Riccarton Racecourse, 165 Racecourse Road, Sockburn, Christchurch, on 22 July 2014 at 11.00am.
Agenda
1. Liquidators' report on the proceeding of the liquidation to date.
2. To receive the views of creditors in regard to the company's affairs.
3. Confirmation of liquidators.
4. Appointment of liquidation committee pursuant to section 314 of the Companies Act 1993.
Proxies
Proxies must be completed and deposited at the offices of the liquidators not later than 48 hours before the meeting.

Explanation: The liquidation follows NEERG HOLDINGS LIMITED selling all of its freight operations. McDowall Rural Services Limited (formerly McDowall Transport Limited) is unaffected and continues to trade.
