Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of METAL & ACRYLIC FABRICATIONS LIMITED
(in liquidation) by the creditors of the company on 12 June 2014 at 11.32am, pursuant to section 239ABU(b) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 25 July 2014 as the last day on or
before which the creditors of METAL & ACRYLIC FABRICATIONS LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
