On 1 July 2014 at 10.15am, it was resolved by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TUAHINE PROPERTY SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Sukhendra Lal Bahadur, accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
