David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TE WHARUA LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993,
on 30 June 2014 at 12.05pm.
We fix 11 August 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
