Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993
John Trevor Whittfield was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to special resolution of shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 July 2014 at 9.00am.
The liquidator fixes Monday 11 August 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
