Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Colin Thomas McCloy, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PM SUPPLIES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 June 2014 at 11.49am.
We fix 30 July 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
