Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 June 2014 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WOODHAMS PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Neil Donaldson, chartered accountant of Leech & Partners Limited, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 1 July 2014 at 8.00am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The liquidator proposes not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 28 July 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
