On 23 June 2014 at 11.00am, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that NATIONAL INVESTMENT TRUST LIMITED (in liquidation) be voluntarily wound up and that Richard Sissons, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.
