Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of MADAGASCAR (NO.1) 2013 LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) commenced on 26 June 2014 at 10.40am, when Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, was appointed as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, by order of the High Court at Christchurch.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise returns to creditors.
Any enquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
