On 20 June 2014, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TARA HILLS STATION LIMITED be liquidated and that Pita Alexander, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 June 2014.
