Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 20 June 2014 at 9.00am, it was resolved by a special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PANDA CORPORATION LIMITED (in liquidation) be liquidated and that Sukhendra Lal Bahadur, accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator.
