Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 23 June 2014, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that LF (2014) LIMITED be liquidated and that Craig Ross McCoy and Bevan Neil Ralfe, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 23 June 2014.
