Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 21 May 2014, the company was placed into liquidation by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and Boris van Delden and Iain McLennan were appointed joint and several liquidators.
On 10 June 2014, Craig Alexander Sanson and Colin Thomas McCloy were appointed as replacement joint and several liquidators of the company upon the resignation of Boris van Delden and Iain McLennan under section 283 of the Act.
We fix 18 July 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
