Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by special resolutions of the shareholders.
The directors have resolved that the companies will be able to pay their debts and copies of the resolutions have been delivered to the Registrar of Companies.
The liquidations commenced on 17 June 2014 at 10.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidator does hereby fix 14 July 2014 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distributions.
