Malcolm Grant Hollis and Maurice George Noone, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ASHLAR BRICK AND BLOCK LIMITED
(in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 June 2014 at 10.20am.
We fix 24 July 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
