Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Bruce Donald Gemmell, chartered accountant, and Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, both of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of VICEROY HOTEL LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 12 June 2014 at 10.59am.
We fix 14 July 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
