William Henry Hawken, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of YOUTH VISIONS 2001 LIMITED (in liquidation), in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the shareholders of the company on 13 June 2014 at 10.00am.
I fix 21 July 2014 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
