Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 9 June 2014, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BIG BROTHERS COMPANY LIMITED be liquidated and that Joon Youl Seo, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 9 June 2014 at 10.00am.
